Position Overview:
As our Dental Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the face of Enhance Dental, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for from their first interaction to their follow-up visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.Manage patient scheduling and maintain an organized appointment calendar.Assist with insurance verification.Review financing options as needed.Collect and post payments. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.What We Offer:

RequirementsExperience in a dental front office setting is required.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency with dental software or a willingness to learn. We use Denticon. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Salary Description $17 to $20 per hour
