Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for greeting, directing, giving information to patients, visitors, and staff. You will report to the Dental Supervisor.

PG04 - Start Rate $15.95/hourly | Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4pm |

Primary Tasks:

You will receive all incoming calls and personal visitors and determine the nature of the call or visit. Greet and direct all patients and answer routine inquiries. Receive mail and distributing to correct parties. You will maintain supplies/inventory Enter, access and retrieve data using the computer. Have other responsibilities as assigned within scope and competency of the associate.

Required Education and experience:

High School Diploma or GED Required, i.e. Word, Excel Demonstrate and function under stressful situations Maintain knowledge of all policies and safety codes of the facility One year prior office experience
