Provides direction, leadership, and day-to-day management of the assigned Graduate Medical Education Residency Program in conjunction with the appropriate Program Director and GME Administration. Communicates, facilitates, prioritizes and problem-solves with administration, support staff, faculty, residents, attending physicians and others to ensure quality, efficient and cost-effective accredited Medical Education services. Committed to the provision of Medical Education in a large academic medical center.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 8 years of equivalent experience required.
Experience: Minimum of five years experience in the area of Medical Education or previous experience in coordination and/or support of Medical Education program preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Medical terminology, computer knowledge (MS Office Suite). Must be self-directed, independently functioning and detail-oriented. Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills required.
