DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. programActive Puerto Rico Dental LicenseMust be able to speak, read, and write in EnglishCPR/BLS CertificationWilling to obtain a Real ID for base accessPass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.DOCS Dental is an exclusive dental organization with the privilege and honor to deliver comprehensive care to the civilian military community at over 20+ Army and Air Force Bases across the country and internationally.
