Essential Duties: + Answers phones and routes calls to appropriate team member. + Reviews/analyzes/resolves compliance information. + Uploads documents and Tracer data entry supporting CMS + Responsible for Kronos and time keeping duties. + Supports the scheduling of department meetings and the completion of meeting minutes. + Responsible for procedure manuals and updating process flow maps. + May lead the coordination and planning of programs and events. + May lead the coordination of training and certification programs. + Maintains confidentiality. + Performs all other duties as assigned.
