Job Title: Front End Manager - UnionizedEmployment Status: Full - Time PermanentCompany: Larabie's Your Independent GrocerAddress: 55 Brunetville Rd Kapuskasing, ON P5N 2E8 Date Posted: Jan 10, 2025Closing Date: Jan 24, 2025Key Responsibilities Responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of Front End, including customer service, Pc express online shopping, labour scheduling and other sales programs within the department.Champion customer service and satisfaction through consistent application of store processes and standards.Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.Execute merchandising programs including ownership for maintenance, communication and execution of store plan-o-grams.Ensure that department budgets are met through efficient operation of the Front End (including gross profit, wage cost, operational expenses, and inventory).Responsible for all aspects of Employee relations including the interviewing, Hiring, Training and the on-going Development and Motivation of the Front End team.Maintain the highest levels of department sanitation and cleanliness.Ensure the safety of all staff and customers.Responsible for the administration of the collective agreement.Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Three (3) to five (5) years management/leadership experience in a food retail environment.Exemplary customer relations skills.Excellent organizational abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage others.Minimum Grade 12 education, as well as sound interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.Systems skills (E-mails, SAP and PC applications).Punctual.Reliability.
