Department Manager of Engineering & Technology (SMRE)
1. Develop the engineering department according SMRE Strategy. Target is to implement Engineering Level 2 and 3. 2. Build up know-how in the engineering team for localization levels 2 and 3 for the following products: Traction Motor, Traction Gear Box, Traction Converter, Building Blocks, Auxiliry Power Supply, Testing. Make sure that knowledge is secured for the SMRE and is not lost. 3. Establish high-level relationships with HQ, SMBT engineering teams and customers, e.g. ZX and ZDRE to promote the organization’s products and services. 4. Strictly comply with and implement the responsibility and obligation of PSSC (Product & Solution Security) as the SMRE coordinator. Ensure to comply with national, local laws and regulations, Siemens and other related requirements. 5. Develop a technology department according SMRE Strategy as well as develop and adapt the technology team competency continuously according to business request. 6. Responsible for establishing of comprehensive technology and process standards of all manufacturing processes. 7. During Implement standard manufacturing technology processes, monitor and solve deviations in tech way, guarantee quality of products. 8. Define and qualify the technical requirements of manufacturing facilities, equipment, tools and toolings. 9. Take continuous technology improvement activities by technology innovation, process/equipment optimization and other knowledges. 10. Managing production equipment accounts and files, developing and implementing equipment maintenance standards and plans, analyzing equipment operating data. 11. Develop maintenance budgets and coordinate related maintenance resources, equipment investment budgets, and strategy development and implementation of spare parts. 12. Cooperation and support Engineering and Production in new product research & development, and relative localization work. 13. Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost, effectiveness, and reliability of installation activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and ensure that standards are met. 14. Evaluate the results of all projects, activities, measures, etc. Identify recurring problems and prepare recommendations to executives about significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems, or technology. 15. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level. Develop and implement a systematical strategy and install activities that align with the organization's overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives. 16. Carrying out commercial tasks, in particular ensuring that the ordering procedure is conducted within applicable laws and regulations to ensure economic success, efficient operation and conformity. 17. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Position Requirement: 职位要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical related education 2. 10 years and above experience in motor/drives technical service. At least being a manager for multinational company and multiple teams over a period of 3 years 3. Excellent technical knowing and understanding (mechanical, electrical) 4. Strong learning and cooperation 5. Excellent English communication skill 6. Strong leadership and capacity of planning, organize and coach
