**Required Education/Experience** + Bachelor's Degree In Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience. or + Master's Degree In Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience. **Preferred Education/Experience** + Master's Degree In Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience. **Relevant Work Experience** + Minimum 8 years experience in power engineering, transmission planning analysis, energy markets or operations with a minimum of 6 years experience preferred in the review, development and management of NERC and NPCC electric reliability standards and criteria. Required + Demonstrated leadership abilities Required + Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Required + Computer proficiency and the ability to direct the usage of electronic applications Required + Ability to present technical issues and topics to senior executives Required + Knowledge of integrated bulk electrical systems, transmission, distribution, and generation, including knowledge of substation layout, design and configurations. Preferred + Strong knowledge of electric reliability concepts and fundamentals.
