What You Will Do:
The Department of the Army Director position sits within our Defense & Security Segment and will advise on a range of mission-related issues on existing engagements and as well as be responsible for driving new pursuits and integrated solutions. This person will bring depth of experience within the Department of the Army specifically towards business development and growth, sales, delivery, and client partnership. Additionally, the role will have a strong emphasis on thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities may include:

Engaging with senior executives to analyze and understand business initiatives

Develop and grow a business portfolio supporting key policy and mission deliveries

Manage and support industry leaders

Engage with internal and external partners to develop collaborative environments in support of deliverables

Foster external relationships and brand awareness across industries


What You Will Need:

A CURRENT and ACTIVE SECRET security clearance

A Bachelor’s Degree

FIFTEEN (15) or more years' relevant experience supporting delivery, growth, sales, consulting, and/or professional services

Proven experience leading teams and growing a federal portfolio

Proven experience engaging with senior leaders within the federal government

Strong communications acumen in support of client engagement and briefing

Experience translating policy into programmatic actions

Knowledge of Defense Industry missions and initiatives


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Graduate degree or higher

Experience in a large consultancy or federal contracting firm
