Gundersen Health System is seeking a motivated and flexible individual with a strong customer service background to join our team as a Department Secretary! This position is responsible for providing and coordinating basic office and organizational responsibilities necessary for the operation and support of the medical staff/providers and department. The secretary works as part of a team and frequently acts as a liaison between department staff and internal/external customers. What's Available:

Part-time, 32 hours/week

Shift: Monday-Friday, Days (no weekends)

Hours: Between 7:00am - 5:00pm

Department: Otolaryngology and Audiology, La Crosse

Remote eligible after completion of training

What you need:

High School Diploma or equivalency

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word

Office/clerical background
