**Adecco is Hiring: Department Support/Accounting** We are currently seeking a **Department Support** professional to join our team. This role will primarily focus on posting customer payments and handling specialized payment situations under general supervision. **Position Key Accountabilities** **:** 1. **Daily Research of Check Payments** : Analyze check payments to accurately determine and match the corresponding customer account. 2. **Payment Accuracy Verification** : Ensure the accuracy of customer payments by researching discrepancies and reconciling payment errors. 3. **Issue Resolution** : Promptly resolve payment-related issues and report findings in a timely and accurate manner. 4. **Special Projects** : Work on assigned special projects, contributing to team goals and business efficiency. 5. **Additional Duties** : Perform other tasks as assigned to support the department's overall functionality. **Pay Details:** $23.50 to $24.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
