Operates PC, fax machine, copy machine and other office equipment as necessary.
· Demonstrates proper phone etiquette and utilization of computers, including completion of exam, data entry, charting during procedure and prior to imaging.
· Checks surgery and imaging records for completeness and follows up with appropriate personnel to ensure records are completed.
· Collects and stickers patient charts.
· Greets patient/visitors, check in each patient, and announces their arrival to appropriate area(s).
High school diploma preferred or high school equivalency.
· Typing ability and basic computer skills.
· One-year administrative experience preferred.
· Medical terminology preferred.
· Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training for child and dependent adult abuse within three (3) months of hire.
