The role
As a Department Support Clerk, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. We’re looking for someone self-motivated to join our existing team to provide an Accounts & Admin support clerk service, to meet our customers’ needs at Air Command and RAF High Wycombe.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
The processing of daily transaction on Sage. Maintaining a spreadsheet of Funds turnovers for audit requirements and a master list of persons in charge of Funds and maintaining original records Keeping all records electronically in the Department SharePoint Area Deputising the Station Cashier Dealing with routine enquiries and where necessary, briefing the Accounts Manager on any matters which you are unable to resolve.
This role is Part time and based onsite at RAF High Wycombe.
Essential experience of the Department Support Clerk:

Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Working within timeframes Customer service experience
