Kforce has a client that is seeking a Deployment Analyst in Westlake, TX. Responsibilities: * Deployment Analyst will create and support effective communications internally and externally * Build, develop, and complete plans to deploy strategic, cross-enterprise product and service initiatives * Evaluate project impacts to existing RM processes, service models, systems, and tools * Identify and engage working team members, governance committees, subject matter experts, and other business resources * Create engagement strategies for both Managing Directors and clients that may include pilot plans, rollout schedules, and rollout wave calendars * Partner with business units across WI to influence and build customer focused, effective engagement strategies * Consult on training & communications strategy for the RM organization, including plan sponsor, Advisor/Consultant and participant communications, associate communications, and associate training plans * As a Deployment Analyst, you will consult on project business cases and requirements * Perform WI Client Fit Analysis, identify potential variances within the target market segments, plan configuration, and service models * Provide status updates to executive steering committees, project sponsors and other key partners
