Beacon Hill Technologies is looking for Desktop Support professionals with a passion for customer service and willingness to learn and grow in their career. Our ideal candidate will have strong end user expectation management, desktop support and hardware deployment experience. This role will be responsible for responding to various technical service requests in an enterprise level environment. Applicant should have desktop support experience, be willing to travel within the state of Indiana (mileage is reimbursed) and excellent business acumen/ communication and attention to detail.
