This role is pivotal in optimizing resources, driving the adoption of innovative processes, and delivering impactful results aligned with our company's key initiatives.
By taking ownership of implementation products, projects and supporting franchise operations, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our business efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Act as the main point of accountability for adopting product-related operations across the franchise network, aligning execution with strategic goals. Oversee the rollout and scaling of new processes, providing expert consultation and ensuring consistent implementation across all locations. Collaborate to develop and maintain documentation, ensuring franchisees have clear, up-to-date guidance for success. Lead the execution of operational changes, collaborating with stakeholders in the franchise community to ensure smooth transitions and accountability. Develop customised plans to support different business sizes and follow up on progress to goal with peers and community members. Train and support Field Operations Managers and general managers, providing consultation, change management, issue resolution, and adoption strategies. Partner with leadership to maintain adherence to growth roadmaps and operational standards. Develop change management and implementation plans with stakeholders that address unique business needs and roles across multiple organisations.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Proven experience in operations management, franchise systems, or a similar role. Experience working in a franchise setting is a strong advantage, understanding the dynamics of scaling operations across multiple locations. Experience driving adoption of new systems, tools, or technology, ensuring successful integration across teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive leader with the ability to hold others accountable, have difficult conversations, and inspire action. Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and simplify complex ideas. Skilled at mentoring, coaching, and guiding teams through operational transitions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ability to analyze challenges, provide solutions, and navigate complex environments with agility and strategic thinking. Proven ability to drive change, overcome resistance, and get teams excited about new processes and technologies with empathy and influence.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary $85,000 - $105,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity). The Total Compensation Package includes Extended Health, Dental. Team members in Vancouver and Toronto will be required to work in-office every other week, for three consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
