DEPLOYMENT SPECIALIST
NOTICE OF FILING UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S
PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Deployment Specialist - PTD, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Identify key dependencies between data migration and business customer activities. Help manage cross-team deployment issues and interdependencies crucial for successful solution deployment. Collaborate with global deployment and project leadership teams to drive execution of business-facing deliverables during the go-live phase. Provide deployment support for the implementation of key regulatory and compliance-related activities. Assist in defect resolution of key risks post go-live. Apply knowledge of business and regional practices to adapt end-user the approach and training plans for end-user training. Prepare business continuity plans and provide expertise in compliance-related activities.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $148,440.00/yr. 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:
 Implementing SAP solution in one or more modules such as PP, MM, SD, PM, and/or QM;Understanding of data migration activities required to deploy an integrated solution;Analyzing users’ requirements and proposing the best design to meet those requirements;Understanding of cutover planning and execution of key business activities during the pre- and post- go live periods;Program delivery methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile; andOne or more process/functional areas such as Plan to Deliver, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Produce Product, and/or Warehouse Management.
Must have experience in at least one (1) global ERP project or program implementation.

20% of international travel required.
