Roles and Responsibilities: Seamless User Interaction and Deployment Coordination: * Excel in direct user engagement and coordination to ensure smooth deployment of replacement devices, addressing user needs and concerns promptly and effectively Device Preparation: Imaging & Configuration (where applicable): * Prepare replacement devices through imaging and configuration processes, ensuring they are tailored to meet user requirements and organizational standards Comprehensive Asset Management and Recordkeeping: * Maintain accurate asset records and documentation throughout the computer replacement process, ensuring proper assignment and tracking of devices Retrieval of Old Devices for Recycling: * Facilitate the retrieval and responsible recycling of old devices, adhering to environmental regulations and organizational policies for sustainable asset disposal Adherence to ServiceNow Ticket Management Standards: * Consistently utilize proper ServiceNow ticketing practices to document, track, and manage all aspects of the computer replacement project, ensuring transparency and accountability in service delivery
