Responsibilities: * Seamless User Interaction and Deployment Coordination: Excel in direct user engagement and coordination to ensure smooth deployment of replacement devices, addressing user needs and concerns promptly and effectively * Imaging & Configuration (where applicable): Prepare replacement devices through imaging and configuration processes, ensuring they are tailored to meet user requirements and organizational standards * Comprehensive Asset Management and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate asset records and documentation throughout the computer replacement process, ensuring proper assignment and tracking of devices * Retrieval of Old Devices for Recycling: Facilitate the retrieval and responsible recycling of old devices, adhering to environmental regulations and organizational policies for sustainable asset disposal * Adherence to ServiceNow Ticket Management Standards: Consistently utilize proper ServiceNow ticketing practices to document, track, and manage all aspects of the computer replacement project, ensuring transparency and accountability in service delivery
