MMNA is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Laptop Deployment Technician to support their laptop refresh cycle. This role involves deploying new laptops to employees, ensuring proper setup and configuration, and assisting with data migration and troubleshooting as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Deployment and Setup: o Install, image, and configure new laptops, ensuring they meet company standards and user requirements. o Set up software, applications, and system updates. o Connect devices to the corporate network and configure software as necessary. Data Migration: o Backup and transfer user data from old devices to new laptops securely and accurately. o Verify the integrity of migrated data and ensure users have access to necessary files. User Support and Training: o Provide basic training to end users on new devices, including accessing software, using Windows 11, and troubleshooting common issues. o Address and resolve end-user issues during the deployment process. • Device Recovery and Inventory Management: o Collect old laptops, ensure proper decommissioning, and adhere to company policies for data wiping. o Maintain an accurate inventory of devices, including deployed and returned units. Troubleshooting: o Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues during the deployment process. o Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical support team. • Documentation and Reporting: o Document all deployments, configurations, and user issues in company-provided systems. o Provide status updates and deployment progress reports to the Help Desk Supervisor.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
