Deployment Technician
Job Description A large automotive service chain is looking to bring on 2 hardware deployment specialists. These roles will be responsible for providing phone base support for end users as the hardware team is deploying and installing new computer peripheral equipment in the company's retail stores. Daily, these specialists will be responsible for providing remote assistance, troubleshoot and support hardware related issues, and conduct hardware inventory and ensure accurate documentation. Coverage for this opportunity will include support outside of standard business hours and potentially weekends. Engagement is onsite but could potentially transition to hybrid depending on candidates performance and understanding.
