Kforce has a client that is seeking a Deployment Technician Project Lead in Juno Beach, FL. Responsibilities: * Deployment Technician Project Lead will support the program management team in creating following artifacts * Adhere to established agile delivery standards * Manage tasks in Service Now system and ensure SLAs are met * Ensure proper communication within tasks and customer are properly documented and articulated * Image and deploy hardware in accordance with pre-defined imaging standards * Assist end-user with software and data transfer * Ensure non-standard new hire and refresh hardware are received in Service Now system * Maintain proper stockroom audits in physical area and in Service now stockroom * As a Deployment Technician Project Lead, you will receive hardware as it arrives onsite, inventory and manage tasks * Retrieve and restock old hardware * Wipe assets and set for disposal in Service Now * Coordinate with Asset management team for proper disposal * Report to office setting and work within EST 8-5 business hours * Adhere to assigned storm roles
