Job Description
Deployment Technicians should possess a robust technical background, superior communication skills, and demonstrated effectiveness in working with end-users. Additionally, they must adhere rigorously to technical processes, including runbooks. Experience within a law firm environment is highly desirable.
Work closely with IT staff, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Adhere to established technical processes and procedures, including the use of runbooks, during deployments and troubleshooting.
Pre-provision devices with Microsoft Autopilot.
Deploy and setup user configuration on Windows 11 devices. Enroll mobile devices (iOS and/or Android) with Microsoft Intune.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users throughout the deployment process.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the migration and upgrades.
Document deployment procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment.
Provide feedback to help improve the technical deployment processes.
Manage and track device inventory.
Travel to various office locations within the specified region as required.

Skills and Requirements
Experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS, and Android Operating Systems.
Solid understanding of Active Directory users and objects.
Proficiency in Intune deployment and management.
Experience with the Microsoft Intune mobile device management (MDM) solution.
Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, Autopilot).
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). null
