About the role:

Review, analyze, and interpret loan documents and correspondence to ensure system accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Update accounts and follow up on missing information. Research and resolve clients’ deposit-related and loan-related questions and problems.

What you will be doing?

Reviews, analyzes, and interprets correspondence related to account maintenance.

Ensures loan applications comply with governmental regulations and requirements by reviewing complex legal documents and regulatory requirements (Loan Operations Analyst).

Performs quality control on new and existing loans using internal reports and loan documentation to verify data input is correct and documents accurate and in regulatory compliance. (Loan Operations Analyst).

Communicates professionally with clients and third parties through multiple channels (phone, email, workflow tools).

Researches and resolves internal and externally submitted account questions and problems.

Performs high risk task processing including maintenance on accounts having regulatory or monetary implications, e.g., payment/research corrections, credit bureau dispute research, Reg Z disputes, loan payoff processing, fee processing, loan modifications. (Loan Operations Analyst).​

What you will need:

Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience Disbursing funds to appropriate endpoint and placing requested holds and stops.

Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience processing card-related requests (adjusting card limits, requesting new cards.

Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience generating correspondence for customers to service accounts.

Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience processing returned items, researching encoding errors, conducting large-dollar signature verifications, and reviewing EARNS notifications.

Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience maintaining current internal procedure manuals and writing drafts for changes.

Added bonus if you have:

Demonstrates a high level of proficiency with FIS and third-party applications based on either loan operations or deposit operations responsibilities (IBS, Profile, ALS, Horizon, Starview, Origenate, FLO, CLO, FIS Lockbox, FOS, Vision Content, FCM, SRM, SM, SharePoint, nGage, and third-party applications, e.g. Oscar, CoreLogic, Overby, Seawell, SalesForce, DealerTrack, CSC).

Handling retirement processing and disputes.

The pay range for this full-time position is $21.52 - $35.08 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
