Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Specialist in San Francisco, California. This role primarily functions in the banking industry, providing key support to both internal and external clients. As an Operations Specialist, you will be working closely with the private banking team, handling product setup, deposit operations, and client services. Responsibilities: + Establish and support client relationships, manage account setup, and ensure regulatory compliance. + Address client inquiries, handle complaints, and provide detailed knowledge of banking products and services. + Collect loan applications, financial documents, and manage product setup and deposit operations. + Oversee the management of maturing CDs or CDARS, ensuring timely transitions and reinvestments. + Complete required bank training and assist in tasks that contribute to business growth. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in Private Banking is a must. • Proven ability in Back Office Support.
