Deposit Ops Lead
Description The Universal Operator’s (UO) team is responsible for all complex functions in the monetary management department and deliver continuous improvement. This includes deposit, credit card and loan transactions from various sources (ACH, Check, ETC) which must be completed same day. This position requires the capability to learn all functions within the department, the ability to quickly respond and assist in spikes in demand to meet our customer’s needs. The department is fast-paced due to same day SLA’s, this environment requires accuracy and attention to detail as there is direct customer impact. During your daily function you will critically examine and improve process by engaging in continuous improvement and problem solving. Primary responsibilities include: + Research and resolve unposted transactions + Research and resolve all missing, disputed and reversals. + Responding to email escalations timely + Problem solving and drive continuous improvement Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: + 1-3 years Operations Experience + Basic knowledge of accounting; i.e. how the correction will affect an account + System and product knowledge + Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a complete and timely manner + Understanding of department procedures, key practices + Ability to identify areas of improvement in personal work and processes + Strong attention to detail + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Excel, etc + Team player Preferred Skills/Experience: + Financial services experience + Strong compliance/regulatory environment knowledge/skills Hours & Work Schedule + Hours per Week: 40 + Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 am -4:00 pm Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
