The Deposit Product Analyst is responsible for developing solutions for deposit or debit products that increase revenue, increase efficiency, reduce risk and / or create strategic advantage for Truist. The role gathers business insights and provides analysis, validation, and proposes recommendations. Additionally, this role is responsible for working on strategic initiatives and critical day to day activities to implement recommendations across all aspects of deposit product management. The role will conduct competitive benchmarking performance monitoring. This role will interface broadly with the organization, so teamwork and organizational skills are critical. **Job Description** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Develop reporting and monitor performance related to sales production, balance growth, client acquisition, client retention, net interest income, fee revenue and overall revenue 2. Develop and apply subject-matter expertise related to deposit and debit products. 3. Execute product development initiatives and other projects by analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, measuring performance, and interpreting results to drive profitable growth, operational soundness, or regulatory compliance. 4. Partner in the execution of marketing, promotional and sales campaigns to drive client acquisition, deepening and retention for deposits and debit products. 5. Work with Channel Leaders, Complaints partners, and Enablement teams to research and resolve client issues and create product and process documents to assist in teammate training. 6. Build strong working relationships with key partners (Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Distribution, Servicing, Operations, Analytics, Technology, etc.). 7. Work effectively as a part of cross-functional teams to drive successful strategic outcomes. 8. Partner with analytics teams to conduct analysis around client behavior and needs. 9. Perform research into competitor products. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related major with a strong academic record, or equivalent education and related training 2. Two to four years of work experience within Banking -or Financial Services, with a focus on business analytics, project management or product management. 3. Strong partnership-building and collaboration skills. 4. Strong analytical skills - ability to generate recommendations based on analytics. 5. Demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams without formal authority 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly convey insights and conclusions to peers and managers. 7. Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities based on senior management direction 8. Ability to initiate strategic analytics, work independently and as a member of a team, and quickly adapt to new responsibilities 9. Demonstrated ability to follow risk management guidelines and procedures and to identify and escalate risks. 10. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products. 11. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. At least two years of experience in consumer or small business deposits, debit card, or payments. 2. Understanding and experience on client interaction and client management 3.
