The Sales Strategy & Development Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deposits Sr Strategy Manager, who will drive and communicate progress on the Deposit and Market share growth strategy as well as partner across the Consumer Bank to infuse the deposit product value proposition into our client relationships. This person will need to analyze the current state of the business as well as competitor and industry trends to progress the strategic agenda. This role will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders on strategic initiatives, distribution processes and routines, executive storytelling/presentations, and other key touchpoints. The outcome(s) of these efforts may significantly impact the success of our market share growth and deposits strategic plan. Therefore, you must be adaptable to change and have strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Success in this role will be grounded in the ability to influence at the senior executive level, distill complex problems and systems into digestible formats, develop insight from financial, quantitative, and qualitative data, and leverage critical thinking to develop actionable strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in development and communication of the deposits acquisition and growth strategies while providing ongoing monitoring and measurements of performanceIdentify, diagnose, and prioritize improvement opportunities in deposit sales and portfolio growth in collaboration with key stakeholdersProvide strategic analysis, definition, and consultation to Retail and Private Client leadership and their teamsProvide insight on capability and productivity of bankers and PCRMsExecute strategic initiatives to drive the business forwardCollaborate with cross functional teams to achieve objectives, developing and communicating clear roadmaps/implementation plans Leverage business and analytical knowledge to identify process/strategy gaps and proactively provide recommendations for improvement and remediationProactively engage with Technology Town leaders to inform strategic technology roadmap in support of business prioritiesManage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and foster productive relationshipsDevelop high-quality presentations for various levels of the organization for a variety of purposes (e.g., internal colleague calls, executive and senior management forums, management and partnership routines, ad hoc requests, etc.)Facilitate development of materials from various stakeholders as neededEnsure integrity of the data being used in materialsCollaborate with Colleague Enablement teams to provide training and development content and tools for field sales colleaguesQualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services, in retail and sales strategy and sales supportExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to communicate complex concepts and create executive level reporting and presentationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate financial data and translate into actionable insightsStrong management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyProven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies that drive growth and profitabilityAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on driving resultsStrategic mindset and ability to think long-term while also executing short-term goalsBachelor's Degree
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Flexible location within Citizens' Retail footprint, proximity to office location preferred. (subject to change)
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $ 164,800- $ 247,200 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
