The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for an experienced Depot Repair Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight of Air Force Satellite Control Network Depot Maintenance and Sustainment activities supporting global AFSCN operational locations. 

 Position provides technical leadership and management oversight for Depot Repair activities including Off-Site Repairs, Maintenance Assist, and other related HW sustainment activities.

Responsibilities:

Establish necessary relationships with support organizations, assess depot and repair line operations, and establish processes and procedures. Ensure an inventory of all tools, establish/update GFP controls for all tools and in-repair items in the depot or on the repair line, and account for TMDE and related software. In the long-term, maintain knowledge of the AFSCN’s geographically-disperse sites, personnel, and equipment. Manage Depot Repair activities for Ogden ALC inventory, CSWS inventory, vendor coordination, training, and TMDE repair, calibration, and certification. Continually work toward depot maintenance process improvements and efficiencies.Responsible for providing customer support through oversight and performance of Depot Repair and sustainment projects.  This includes overseeing and/or performing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and offsite depot repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves Repair activities.Serves as company liaison with government personnel on administrative and technical matters for Depot supported activities. Interprets Government needs, defines next steps, and clarifies the assignment of responsibility for problem resolution as needed.  Includes any aspect of on-site/off-site Depot support and is not limited to system hardware, software, network, and other technical infrastructure components

Qualifications:

Required:

B.A./B.S. plus three years of experience, seven years of experience in lieu of degreeActive Secret security clearance

Experience:  3+ Years related work experience with: 

Managing/overseeing Air Force/DoD contract maintenance/repair functionAir Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN)Interfacing with active duty military and civil service personnelLeading a team of skilled technicians, engineers and Sub-contractor employees

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
