Assistant Professor/Clinical (part-time)

UT Health San Antonio, School of Dentistry is looking for a caring, driven, and confident dentist to join our team. Our model comprises of providing comprehensive oral health services using state-of-the art and ergonomic equipment, to improve the oral health of the community. 

The interested candidates must have the following requirements and skills:

• DDS/DMD degree from CODA-accredited dental school or international equivalent. Completion of an accredited advanced training program and/or certificate (AEGD, GPR)/ Geriatric Dentistry/ Prosthodontics Residency training preferred but not required.

• Current Texas State Dental License or be eligible for one.

• Current CPR (BLS) certification, ACLS, (Nitrous certification preferred)

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient experience with Electronic Health Record systems, digital imaging, and CAD/CAM technology.

• Comprehensive knowledge of primary dental care, CDT coding and standard documentation guidelines.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
