Want to be part of an exceptional team here at Sense? We are now recruiting Deputy Care Managers for our Residential CQC services in the Midlands.

As a Deputy Care Manager, you will assist the Registered Care Manager to lead and deliver a personalized, responsive, and high-quality service to the individuals we support. You will ensure the effective management of our dedicated staff team and support with duties such as creating the rotas, supervising and mentoring the Support Workers.

Deputy Care Manager roles:

Kingstanding 1- Warren Farm Road- Level 1 (5-bed home, 5 people) 

Supports individuals with complex needs, including sensory impairments and mobility challenges2 days supporting on shift, 3 days office based (alternating every week)Full UK manual licence essential 

Kingstanding 2 - Hawthorn Road- Level 1 (6-bed home, 4 people) 

Supports individuals with sensory losses and learning disabilities15 hours supporting on shift and 22.5 hours office basedFull UK manual licence essential

Handsworth Wood- Level 1 (5-bed home, 5 people)
