Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Group CEO and lead the executive team across multiple functions, including Finance, Commercial, Live Production, Manufacturing, Risk & Audit, HR, QA & Compliance, and Logistics. Lead and mentor the executive team, with direct reports from all core business functions. Drive high-level strategic and operational initiatives across the business to optimize growth and efficiency. Oversee negotiations at the highest level, including engagements with key clients, stakeholders, and influential figures in the region. Gain in-depth knowledge of the technical and industry-specific aspects of the business to ensure smooth leadership transition. Requirements:
Citizenship: Must be a Zimbabwean citizen (either currently in Zimbabwe or willing to return). Experience: Minimum of 10 years in executive leadership, with a proven track record in end-to-end business management. Education: A tertiary qualification is required. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with large-scale food production or similar industries is highly desirable Personal Attributes: Young, dynamic, and willing to embrace mentorship for growth in the industry. Compensation Package:
