Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress. Resolve technical issues and provide timely solutions to project challenges. Prepare and present engineering reports to senior management. Mentor and coach junior engineering staff to foster professional development. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Master's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
