Administration of the department’s annual budget; get approval of the forecast of funds needed for equipment, materials and supplies; approve expenditures and implement budgetary adjustments as appropriate and necessary.
Storage and cafeteria management in factory.
Arranging family get together, picnic parties, recreation club etc.
Maintain the office stationery and printing requirement. Printing of stationery (Printed material, envelope, gate pass, log book etc)
Ensure sufficient member available for office maintenance at all the time.
Office maintenance of office furniture and fixture
Maintain overall canteen facilities and services. Ensure proper canteen to be maintain as per Terms and conditions.
Responsible for transport arrangement.
Housekeeping of office building and common areas.
Responding and resolving the customer feedback
Timely payment of contractor and vendor bills
Drinking water and pantry management in various office buildings.
Ensuring all office equipment in working condition at place.
Guest-Management and hospitality services.
Lease deed, rent, agreement with vendors, electricity & dedication to other admin activities.
Exp:- 15- 20 Yrs of experience
Pref:- Ex Army Officer ( Major/Captain/Lt. Col.)
Education:- MBA-HR
