Why This Role?
As Deputy Head of Training, you’ll take on a dynamic and influential position within the maritime sector. You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our flagship cadet training programme, oversee audits of our Quality Management System, and contribute to global training initiatives—all while traveling internationally to gain insights into best practices across the industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Training in financial management, internal and external audits in collaboration with our team in the Philippines.
Represent the organisation on key industry bodies, projects, and initiatives.
Oversee and manage the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Develop and implement innovative training initiatives in partnership with the Head of Training.

Who You Are:
A determined, passionate individual who wants to bring positive change to the industry, someone with a collaborative mindset driven by excellence.
Qualified Deck or Engine Officer with at least OOW sea-time experience
Active or recent sailing experience preferred.
Interest in cadet's career development and training.
Knowledge of maritime auditing and compliance.
Skilled in data management and analysis.
Full living/working rights in the UK.
