Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement airside operational policies and procedures in compliance with local and international aviation regulations.Oversee and coordinate all airside activities, including aircraft movement, apron management, and ground support operations.Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure airside environment for all operations.Lead and manage a diverse team of airside staff, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational excellence.Collaborate with airlines, ground handlers, and other service providers to optimize aircraft turnaround times and minimize delays.Monitor and analyze airside performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.Act as a key liaison with regulatory authorities and participate in audits and inspections to maintain airside compliance.Resolve airside operational issues and emergencies in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal impact on airport operations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance airside services and streamline processes for enhanced customer experience.

Experience

15-20 years of experience in airport operations, with a focus on airside management and safety.Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing airside operations in a fast-paced and dynamic airport environment.Proven experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including airlines, ground handling agencies, and regulatory authorities.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.Master's degree in Airport Management or relevant discipline preferred.
