Develops, evaluates and reviews technical service procedures and standards. Monitors the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending and achieve timeliness, reliability and customer satisfaction standards. **This role in summary** Prefer at least 8-10 years of experience in MECH maintenance withpaint shop P&f conveyor hydraulic/pneumatic with basic knowledge of Siemens plc,servo motors and mitsubishi motion controller ,q series plc **Your responsibilities will include** Keeping safety as the priority when performing all duties. Must have knowledge of LOTO system Identifies and communicates opportunities for safety improvement, cost savings, productivity/efficiency improvements Inspects electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes Troubleshoot (PLC and hydraulic and Pneumatic based ) as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions Inspects, repairs, installs, and maintains electrical systems, machinery, and equipment Installation of control panel onto equipment, and testing to ensure proper operation Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction properly deal with machine failures and prioritize customer needs. Able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues,able to use reason. Hands on experience of Paint shop , PU Faoming process and powder coating plant,Slat conveyor,paint shop conveyor (P&F conveyor) Hands on experience of Hydraulic and pneumatic system ,troubleshooting,modification and Basic knowledge of plc/mitsubishi plc-s7200/300/1200/1500/ and Q series mitsubishi,motion controller Perform repairs, fabrication, operations and maintenance of medium voltage electrical systems and associated equipment Knowledge of OEE/MTTR/MTBF/TPM/ROBO-ABB/YASKAWA and wcm preferable Can Plan and execute Machine Preventive maintenance independently with zero break down (mtbf and mttr)mindset Can handle shift and plant electrical maintenance team independently Coordinates with others in order to determine problems and implement solutions 24x7 days Can handle utility equipment-Air compressor/substation/DG Basic Knowledge of utility equipments-DG,air compressor ,fork lift and power ditribution Can handle turnkey projects in cost /oee/energy Knowledge of foaming /vac forming process is preferable **Minimum requirements** Prefer at least 8-10 years of experience in MECH maintenance withpaint shop P&f conveyor hydraulic/pneumatic, Education - Btech Mechanical **Preferred skills and experiences** Basic knowledge of Siemens plc,servo motors and mitsubishi motion controller ,q series plc Connect with us and learn more about Whirlpool Corporation See what it's like to work at Whirlpool by visiting Whirlpool Careers (http://www.whirlpoolcareers.com/) .
