Deputy Manager – Direct Sales
Key Responsibilities of Role    

Sales Leadership and Strategy:

Lead and coordinate sales efforts for high-value advertising accounts and projects, creating tailored sales strategies to meet client needs. 

Develop and maintain a strategic sales pipeline for clients, tracking opportunities and follow-ups          meticulously.                                                             

Handle a team that overlooks and executes all advertising business opportunities and execution for CSMIA

Client Acquisition and Development:

Identify and secure new large-scale advertising clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring ongoing business and collaboration opportunities. Handle the team with dedicated approach for Agencies pan India. 

Analyzing brand suitability with customer needs/requirement and planning the strategy ahead – month-wise, site-wise reconciliation as well as Billing / Collection with the various Agencies.

Revenue Maximization:

Achieve and exceed sales targets for accounts through effective negotiations and upselling strategies.

Develop and propose customized advertising solutions that meet agency objectives and enhance brand visibiity.

Coordinating, tracking & managing commercial issues for Advertising & Promotions and ensuring execution of Credit Policy as in force.

To undertake site visits for physical verification of sites and compile monthly performance reports to aid the management in garnering maximum revenues as well as advertising aesthetic values.

Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration:

Form strategic partnerships with major agencies to enhance advertising reach and impact.

Explore collaborative opportunities to drive mutual growth and enhance agency satisfaction 

Execute Innovation in airport advertising that not only brings in revenue – far exceeding budgetary expectations, but also creates a unique positioning for cs                                                                                       

Availability of sites for brands, liaison with operations department – to execute on ground advertising sites and promotional areas in the airport areas.

Performance Monitoring and Insights: 

Track and report on sales performance for large accounts regularly, providing insights for strategy adjustments.

Collaborate with internal teams to leverage cross-functional support for maximizing client value.                

Research and benchmarking on airport advertising – to enable higher usage and occupation of advertising sites generated by the agency as well as concessionaires

Educational Qualification:

A Graduate in any discipline preferably a Postgraduate degree in Aviation/Business Management from an institute/University recognized by UGC/AICTE.

Experience:

Essential: 5-7 years of experience preferrably in aviation field
