Payroll Administration:
• Oversee & monitoring the Employee attendance systems, biometric data, and leave records.
• Preparation of end-to-end payroll, processing the consolidated inputs, attendance of employees, salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
• Compile monthly attendance and leave records for accurate payroll processing.
• Ensuring the correct and accurate timely salary disbursal.
• Preparing payroll reports, including income tax returns and provident fund filling, ESIC.
• Conducting regular payroll audits and ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information.
• Prepare, monitor, and distribute monthly expense sheets for the concerned employee units.
• Maintain meticulous records of statutory compliance.
• Ensure that compensation practices are following current legislation
• Statutory Compliance:
• GPossess in-depth knowledge of payroll compliance regulations, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and LWF, as well as statutory returns for Gratuity, Maternity, and Bonus act.
• Address and resolve employees' daily queries related to PFResponsible for ensuring all the necessary Statutory compliance are adhered too.
• Salary Management:
• Manage employee salary records, encompassing advance salary, leave, TDS, and other relevant components.
• Conduct thorough salary cost analysis.
• Issuance of Form16 to the EEs – annual basis
• Supporting the Internal Audit team for the accurate and smooth Annual & Qtrly Audits.
