Having hands-on experience in managing large scale solar projects with Piling activities, Area Grading Activities, MMS/Module erection activities, BoP Civil works for Switchyard, Transformer Yards, Roads and Drain etc. BOQ preparation to deliver the project within Approved Budget & Time. Optimisation of BOQ from BID stage to final executed qty Ensure the action points from the learnings documented from last year project and implementation of the same. Implementation of a communication system with in department to collectively motivate, implement learning and brain storm the way forward and implement the same. Technical support for Preparing SOP for all project process and its activities, taking reference from AGILE and compliance to the same. Support for preparation of Material code list for C2C implementation. Technical support for Design and build work places that are safe with all latest state of the art safety systems & Robust and automated fault detection systems Ensure accurate feedback of progress to senior management on timely basis. Proactively resolve recurring issues to ensure timely resolution and coordination with other teams. Periodically review overall compliance with regulatory/statutory norms and SOPs Determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions, by reviewing MIS/financial statements. Drive high productivity of site/ corporate workforce through optimal staffing and manpower scheduling. Ensure smooth coordination across all departments by conducting meetings of the concerned teams and resolving any outstanding issues. Ensure timely closure of any outstanding Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) as reported by internal/external audits. Proactive relationship management with all stake holders. Ensure external provider’s management and performance evaluation Post-award monitoring and contracts management for orders on vendors/ External providers at site.
