Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions Coordinate and conduct safety training programs for employees and contractors Investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address safety concerns and ensure adherence to safety guidelines Review and update safety documentation, including job hazard analyses, safety manuals, and emergency response plans Participate in safety meetings and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in safety performance Monitor and report on key safety performance indicators to management Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related fiel 5-9 years of experience in safety management within the precast industry Demonstrated track record of implementing safety procedures and protocols
