Managing end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Overseeing and administering employee benefits and compensation programs
Conducting onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
Collaborating with management to identify and address HR issues
Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
Managing HR analytics and preparing regular reports on HR metrics
Providing support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees
Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
