Deputy Manager
We’re hiring! Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting a Deputy Manager – Construction, Power and Infrastructure (CP&I) to join our team in Hanoi. Responsibilities: + Work closely with Senior Manager in sales planning, the formulation and implementation of strategies to obtain new business & enhance client’s retention (renewal account) on Specialties (including C&I, Power, T&L) + Agreeing with Senior Manager on sales strategy and the production of and execution of such strategy + Producing, engaging & managing key prospect relationship as assigned by Senior Manager + Delivering sales management reporting as required to Senior Manager + Meet, discuss with and advise Clients to understand their business and the associated risks + Identify, design and present suitable solutions that help to transfer and mitigate Clients’ risks + Provide timely assistance to Clients’ needs with respect to their insurance program + Maintain a timely-input and accurate pipeline via Company’s salesforce system + Ensure quality standards in managing responses to RFPs + Undertake other projects/ initiatives as might be assigned Skills and experience that will lead to success. + University graduates, major in Non-life Insurance/ Engineering/ Finance/ Banking/ Business + Having minimum 4 years of experience in Non-life Insurance/ Banking/ Finance/ Engineering/ Account Management/ Project Management roles + Strong interpersonal skills – effective communication across organizational levels, self-awareness and emotional intelligence + Fluency in written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English (working with colleagues across APAC and London) + Having analytical mindset, critical thinking and problem-solving skill + Demonstration of self-discipline and organization + Devoted to details, motivated to achieve goals, possesses strong business knowledge + Proficient with MS Office systems + Working experience in insurance/ reinsurance industry and/or fluency in third language (Chinese, Japanese, Korea) is an advantage Benefits: + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunity to contribute significantly to company growth and success. + Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
