Oversee and manage all aspects of civil contracts for construction projects in Ahmedabad
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards for civil engineering and construction
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays in a proactive manner
Implement and maintain quality control processes for civil construction work
Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil engineering and construction best practices
Prepare and review project budgets, cost estimates, and timelines
Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and project staff
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Master's degree in Construction Management or relevant discipline (preferred)
