• Incumbent shall be responsible for maintaining Mono Ingot-Wafer Plant Equipment up time to benchmark levels.
• Identify Critical tools in Ingot-Wafer process and develop suitable handling mechanism to improve Tool uptime
• Capture and comprehensive analysis of machine breakdowns (Schedules/Unscheduled etc.) 
• Identify Mandatory/Key Spares and maintain Inventory with OEM Part codes for ease access
• Responsible for ensuring Proper Back up of Key components/PLC Software of tools
• Establishment of Local source of Supply for all Key and Long lead items towards spare & Maintenance cost reduction. 
• Planning and undertaking Preventive maintenance activities without compromise on Productivity
• Mechanism of Repairing of faulty Equipment parts (Mechanical/Electrical etc). 
• Ensuring Implementation of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Responsible for Safety of self and subordinates during Plant Operation following all established safety 
  SOPs./WI
• Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008. 
• Identify safety Hazards and Reporting of Safety / Near miss and  effective closure in Gensuit portal
• Having regular Safety interaction with associates in all levels and update effectiveness in Gensuit.
• Review of Spare and Maintenance cost parameters with team and initiate improvement activities
• Initiate improvement activities through Kaizen approach and develop a culture within team
• Ensure Maintenance consumable and equipment utilization as per budget target.
• Monthly MIS & spare inventory analysis and corrective measures.
• Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008, ISO 14001, OHAS: 18001.
• Implementation of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M,JIT,Suggestion Scheme. Educational Qualification:  BE/B.Tech
Desired Qualification:  Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical Engg. / Instrumentation-Control Experience: : 11-15 years
