5) To support IMS and Business Excellence implementation

Educational Qualification: Essential: Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering. 
                                            Desirable: Post-Graduate Degree, Green Belt or Black Belt Certifications in Six Sigma or Lean Experiences: Should have worked in Nacelle assembly factory handling a team in Production/ Process independently for at least 5 years. Need to have good exposure on Lean Manufacturing
