Deputy Manager - SSC Insights Reporting Analyst

Overview Execute Reporting vertical responsibilities (of the Insights Services Hub) as part of the broader Global Transformational agenda, with specific geographic responsibility for one of the key teams: Frito Lay Foods. Accelerate PepsiCo business growth by contributing to the sub-team within the Hub responsible for creating/updating dashboards, delivering periodic and on-demand performance reviews, and addressing ad-hoc requests based on internal and external data sources. These individuals will have short-term responsible for knowledge transfer from the business and flawless delivery of recurring reports. Once established, they will execute optimization of the content and processes, including ad hoc questions and overall automation of delivery. Responsibilities Execute against team charter for Reporting vertical within SSC Execute market, portfolio, and brand level reporting of marketing KPI performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools) Leverage business performance explanations from teams around the world to incorporate considerations beyond data into reporting Explain business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunities Monitor key channel, customer, competitor (incl. PL) and emerging player performance and execute reporting at required intervals Support Reporting Lead/Sr. Managers/Managers deliver against needs articularted by Business Partners within the Hubs to address the business questions and process requirements Deliver against needs of stakeholders, requestors and sector/functional leaders Support processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope – in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content management Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Business Partners Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output (facilities, IT resources, recruitment efforts) Primary executor responsible for flawless support process and structure, including knowledge management and transfer Process management Support communication processes with Reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes) Help Reporting vertical leadership develop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks management) both related to service delivery and internal center operations Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loop Qualifications Technical Skills: Advanced powerpoint and intermediate excel skills. Would be involved in Template creation and alignment with the BU/Sector team Ability to convert insights into story that answers critial business questions. Ability to mange day-to-day operations Hands on with tools for POS/Panel/Syndicated data sources IRI, Euromonitor, Kanar World pannel and understanding of media KPIs Ability to visualize data set and identify KPIs that will help descision making. Soft Skills: Excellent written & Verbal Communication skillsHubs to address the business questions and process requirements Essential: world-class stakeholder management skills solution-oriented approach to problem solving ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to gain efficiencies and improve process & deliverables depth and breadth of custom and syndicated research/analytics strong understanding of internal & external data sources that could contribute to the reporting and analysis function very strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & insight from category consumption, brands drivers, macro & micro trends, and future forces of consumer change and deliver clear outlook scenarios along with implications for the business Key performance indicators: All projects are closed within the agreed timelines, within predefined scope and with high quality Error-free deliverables to further drive capacity efficiencies within the serviced entities Productivity business targets – as per project charter definition Positive impact on P&L of covered entities with no loss on Insight deliverable quality and ability to support effectively business decisions Return in Insights Investment improvement YoY.
