Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide support to a government agency in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities Serve as the secondary point of contact after the Program Manager to ensure compliance with all the contract requirements.Support the organization of daily program tasks throughout all stages of the program lifecycleProvide a Monthly Status Report (MSR) on the activities and milestones completed and deliverables submitted for each task for the past month and Establish dates for incremental deliverablesEstablish milestones and activities that are planned for the next reporting periodManage milestones and ensure that targets are being tracked, escalating when targets are at risk in a timely mannerProvide a Quality Control Plan that defines program controls and how quality will be monitored and maintained Document and manage risks, issues, and corrective actions. The Program Manager has the responsibility to escalate or raise issues and concerns and serve as a communication and escalation point for the GovernmentSupport communication efforts to Judiciary customers and stakeholders. Track and communicate information related to unresolved issues as well as their status and actions takenEnsure alignment of program deliverables to program outcomes for operational efficientBe available to the COR via telephone between the hours of 08:00AM and 05:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 24 hours of notificationManage all project management tracking tools and maintain information technology platforms and workflows Qualifications Shall have more than 10 years of experience including, but not limited to:Providing strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staffProviding detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issuesConsulting with client to define need or problemSupervising studies and leading surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutionsDemonstrating an ability to manage a large, matrixed, and remote workforce– especially if the contract includes sub-contract agreementsAbility to obtain and maintain a minimum Top-Secret clearanceExperience Managing large teams (over 100+ people).
