Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and manage a large Space Command & Control Ground program. The Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution System (FORGE) is a program that will utilize the resources and capabilities of both the legacy Space Based-Infrared System (SBIRS) and the Next Generation OPIR system. FORGE will use current ground architecture to leverage newer technologies, facilitate the addition of new systems, and incorporate these into a common C2 architecture that includes infrastructure, platform, and core services.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers, Software Developers and operatorsLead a 100M+ Space and Ground Integration programLead a Full-scope solution delivery (i.e. not government support contractor)Manage cost, schedule, and risk performance and provide monthly program statusWork closely with both customer and Parsons senior leadersEnsure Program collaboration with stakeholders and space vehicle vendorsProvide strategic support for corporate space-based growth opportunities

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelors in a STEM degree with 15+ years of experience in space and/or national security programs10+ years of program management experienceExperience with software development management in multi-level security environmentStrong communication skills with experience interfacing with government clients in multiple locationsActive Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

PMP or equivalent certificationExperience with Command and Control (C2) and OPIRExperience with system of systems engineering and integrationExperience/knowledge working with USAF, Space Force, or IC space programsActive TS/SCI

Salary Range: 

$126,600.00 - $253,300.00
