Deputy Program Manager
Overview **This position is contingent upon award of contract** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Deputy Program Manager at Fort Huachuca, AZ in support of a large, mission-critical IT services and support program with continuous (24x7) operations. The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) reports to the Program Manager (PM) who is responsible for all program management, technical requirements, performance quality, and overall customer satisfaction associated with the contract. The DPM serves as back-up to the PM concerning all phases of daily contract performance. Essential Job Duties Serve as backup to the PM as the Government’s principal point of contact for all technical, operational and process teams supporting the program mission. Oversee the technical operations of the contract and be responsible for activities related to Cybersecurity, Service Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control. Be responsible for the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the program. Leads all cybersecurity compliance activities and collaborates with Sustainment Division Chief for program-wide compliance. Support all planning, coordinating, and organizing the activities of administrative, program control, and technical personnel involved in providing services in fulfillment of the contract. Possess a thorough knowledge and experience in the complete lifecycle of IT systems, as well as NETCOM policies and TTPs. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Department of Defense (DOD) / Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of IT systems. Be responsible for orchestrating schedules to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort. Support PM direction for performance while ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures. Actively collaborate with both Government and contractors to provide recommendations for resolution of technical problems. Maintain security clearance in good standing. Actively collaborate with GTMs, Branch Chiefs, Division Chiefs and Leadership, as well as external NECs, Brigades, LE/CI, and organizations. Leads cyber security compliance program based on DFAR, NIST SP 800-171, and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Program. Acts as chair of the change advisory board and is the adjudicative voice for changes that impact multiple technical workstreams. Charters cross division projects to facility continuous process improvements. The DPD is responsible for coordination with Division Managers and Government Division Chiefs regarding technical operations. Provides technical direction to Division Managers. Other duties and projects as assigned by the Program Manager. Minimum Requirements Active in scope TOP SECRET/SCI clearance. BA/BS +8 years of experience similar in size, scope, and complexity or AA/AS +10 or HS diploma +12 Must meet DoD 8140 DCWF 802 requirements (B.S. CCISO, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSMP, or GSLC) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification ITIL Foundation certification Knowledgeable in the mission and operational requirements of the U.S. Army Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in network management, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, National Security Strategy, or a related field CISSP certification ITIL 4 certification 3-5 years or more of supervisory experience Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
